The role is: Product Marketing Specialist 

Which means you will be:

 

  • Coordinating all marketing activities that enable sales team to close new businesses
  • Supporting product team with market insights and benchmarking, and empower success team to better service our customers
  • Understanding sales challenges and helping to come up with marketing material to face the challenges sales reps face with prospects
  • Positioning and messaging development, translating your understanding of the competitive landscape, the audience, and our sales challenges and opportunities into compelling, segment-specific messaging
  • Refining and developing materials around our buyer personas, collecting quantitative and qualitative data around customer profiles
  • Ensuring that our value proposition is communicated in a clear, compelling and consistent way across our sales, customer success and marketing efforts (such as introductory demos for prospects, case studies, sales collateral, internal training sessions, newsletter to clients and users on product update, website content, company presence on Linkedin and other professional networks)

If you are to be successful, you'll need to demonstrate the following:

  • Tenacity that doesn’t stop. Ever.

  • Cross functional experience: comfortable working with sales, partner success and leadership colleagues on different challenges at the same time

  • A genuine interest in tech and travel 

  • Quick thinking and a bias towards action

  • Idiomatic English and the ability to use language as a tool, further languages a big plus

  • Negotiating skills to get the best value from suppliers

  • Proficiency in design and publishing software (e.g. Adobe Suite, Google Suite, Canva, etc)

  • Real teamwork

You will really stand out if we see in you:

  • Experience of working in travel technology or demonstrated close proximity to tech providers

  • Evidenced success of commercial leadership in travel technology

  • Broad experience, gained internationally

  • Eye for design and brand quality
